Artists agree to honor accepted bookings unless exceptional circumstances arise.

Any misconduct, no-shows, or customer complaints may lead to removal from the platform.

7. Content Usage

By uploading content (videos, images, bios), artists grant And-Action the right to display and promote this content for marketing and promotional purposes.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

And-Action is not responsible for:

The performance quality or conduct of any artist.

Damages, losses, or injuries arising from artist-customer interactions.

Technical issues that may temporarily disrupt platform access.
